Services Provided MRSAL provides WhatsApp marketing services with direct integration to the WhatsApp Cloud API. Our services include subscription-based plans with varying features such as contact management, campaign creation, bot replies, and more. Subscriptions You can review our pricing page Payment Terms • All subscription payments are processed in advance. Additional charges for WhatsApp Cloud Messaging will be billed separately based on usage. • Payments are non-refundable. However, you may cancel your subscription at any time, effective at the end of your current billing cycle. Use of Services • You agree to use our services for lawful purposes only. You must not use MRSAL services for sending spam, unauthorized advertising, or any other illegal activities. • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. Service Modifications MRSAL reserves the right to modify or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time, with or without notice. We will notify you of any significant changes to the terms or features of your subscription. Termination We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these Terms, engage in illegal activities, or if we are required to do so by law. Upon termination, you will lose access to all services associated with your account. Limitation of Liability MRSAL will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our services. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for your subscription during the last billing period.
